About the Committee

The MSS Committee on Medical Education (CME) functions as think-tank for the AMA-MSS on issues relating to medical education. We remain informed on the latest trends emerging in the field of medical education, and relay those issues to the Governing Council and the MSS Assembly. In addition to developing reports and resolutions on important medical education issues, our committee works closely with the AMA medical student representatives to various committees such as the LCME, NBME, and CME, as well as the MSS Assembly.
