Group and Faculty Practice Educational Series: Practice Management
The AMA Office of Group Practice Services, in conjunction with the AMA Bookstore, is hosting a series of four 90-minute Web conferences as part of its 2008 practice management success series. The program is designed for practice managers in small to medium-sized group practices.

Immunizations: Benefits, Safety, and Perceived Risks
This half-day course is designed for any medical professional involved with vaccination, and will discuss the benefits of vaccinating children, adolescents, and adults in the United States, as well as systems that ensure vaccine safety in the United States. This course will also address common myths regarding vaccine safety.

National Disaster Life Support Training Program
National Disaster Life Support (NDLS) training is a program designed to better prepare health care professionals and emergency response personnel for mass casualty events.  The overarching goal is to standardize emergency response training nationwide and strengthen our nation’s public health system.  Multiple courses throughout 2008, see Web site for details.
