Online registration is now closed for the CPT Changes 2009 Workshops.  You may still register by calling the AMA Unified Service Center at (800) 621-8335.  You must have a valid credit card available to secure your space for the workshops in Boston (Dec. 2, 2008), San Francisco (Dec. 3, 2008), Anaheim (Dec. 4, 2008), Las Vegas (Dec. 5, 3008), Baltimore (Dec. 11, 2008), and Orlando (Dec. 12, 2008).

Workshop attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
