Online Data Collection Center and Physician Data Verification Hotline

Physicians may update or review their AMA data files by using the AMA Online Data Collection Center or by accessing the Physician Data Verification Hotline.

AMA Online Data Collection Center

Physicians with internet access may use the AMA Online Data Collection Center to add to or update their Physician Masterfile data record. Physicians with questions about the AMA Online Data Collection Center may call (800) 262-3211 and ask for extension 4031.

Physician data verification hotline

Physicians may verify the accuracy of AMA Physician Masterfile data and make corrections or additions to their file by calling the Physician Data Verification Hotline at (312) 464-5759. Physicians who prefer to review AMA Physician Masterfile data on hard copy can call (800) 262-3211 and request an AMA Physician Self-Inquiry.
