The Medical Student Section offers four e-mail discussion lists for sharing information on a variety of current topics. Click on each list's name for more information about the list.
Use the form below to join. We look forward to your contributions!
The MSS also offers the MSS e-Voice, an e-mail newsletter sent weekly to student members. The e-Voice informs medical students about meetings and events, community service projects, leadership applications and awards, up-to-date information from the Medical Student Section, current events in the healthcare industry, and much more! Visit the e-Voice sign-up page now.
You may also be interested in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) listserv. This listserv is not sponsored by the AMA-MSS, but the Governing Council recommends it for people who are interested in supporting LGBT issues in medicine. (Please note: If you select this link, you will be leaving the AMA Web site. The AMA does not assume responsibility for content of other Web sites.)
To join the MSS discussion lists: check the box(es) and enter your e-mail address below. Please supply your first and last names so we can personalize your messages in the future.
Please note that MSS listservs are unmoderated, meaning that when you use your e-mail program's "reply" function to contribute something to the list, the reply is sent immediately to the entire group.
To contact an individual privately, outside of the discussion, please enter the person's e-mail address in the "to" area of your reply message, and delete the listserv address.
The information you provide below is solely for the AMA's internal use and will not be reused or sold for any commercial purpose without your permission.
