Group and Faculty Practice Educational Series: Practice Management
The AMA Office of Group Practice Services, in conjunction with the AMA Bookstore, is hosting a series of four 90-minute Web conferences as part of its 2008 practice management success series. The program is designed for practice managers in small to medium-sized group practices.

National Coalition for Health Professional Education in Genetics Annual Meeting
The NCHPEG Annual Meeting will include plenary sessions on pharmacogenomics for health professionals, model educational programs, Web-based instruction on genetics, a poster session and reception, meetings of working groups and committees, and exhibits by commercial and non-profit organizations.

National Disaster Life Support Training Program
National Disaster Life Support (NDLS) training is a program designed to better prepare health care professionals and emergency response personnel for mass casualty events.  The overarching goal is to standardize emergency response training nationwide and strengthen our nation’s public health system.  Multiple courses throughout 2008, see Web site for details.
